Return Policy
Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise purchased from japaneseweekend.com may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. (unless otherwise noted).

Japanese Weekend underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

In order to receive a refund (clearance items excluded), your return must be accompanied by the original sales invoice and must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your refund to be processed once it arrives to our warehouse.

We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.

Returns without an original sales invoice can be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase for a different item or you may receive a merchandise credit. Exchanges and merchandise credits will be for the current selling price.

Clearance items are final sale. They may not be returned or exchanged.

How to Make a Return:

1. Complete the Return Form
Please complete all sections of the Return Form that was sent in your original order. Include the completed Return Form, along with a copy of your original invoice, in the package with your returned merchandise in order to receive proper credit.

2. Pack your return
Use the original shipping box and packing materials if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label.

3. Ship your return
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. If you are making an exchange, we will ship your new items to you at no additional charge. To send merchandise back to Japanese Weekend, mail your package using the following mailing address:

Price Adjustments

We offer a one-time price adjustment within 7 days of the date of purchase. Adjustments will be given by calling Japanese Weekend Customer Service at 1-800-808-0555 or emailing online@japaneseweekend.com. Please have the original sales invoice ready when calling to request a price adjustment. Price adjustments only offered on regular full price items.

Please note: Due to bank processing time it may take up to two billing cycle for your credit to appear on your bill. Japanese Weekend does not refund shipping costs.

Price adjustments are not valid on any sale or clearance items
