Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise purchased from japaneseweekend.com may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase (unless otherwise noted).
Japanese Weekend underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
In order to receive a refund (sale items excluded), your return must be accompanied by the original sales invoice and must be returned within 30 days of the purchase. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your refund to be processed once it arrives to our warehouse.
We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.
Returns without an original sales invoice can be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase for a different item or you may receive a merchandise credit. Exchanges and merchandise credits will be for the current selling price.
Sale items may be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase for a different item or you may receive a store credit. Without an original sales invoice exchanges and merchandise credits will be for the current selling price.
Clearance items are final sale. They may not be returned or exchanged.

Please note: Price adjustments on items purchased from the Japanese Weekend catalog or from japaneseweekend.com will not be given in Japanese Weekend signature stores.

Please note: Due to bank processing time it may take up to two billing cycle for your credit to appear on your bill. Japanese Weekend does not refund shipping costs.Price adjustments are not valid on any sale or clearance items
