| Pay no shipping fees when you pick up your order at our San Francisco Store located at 500 Sutter Street. All in store delivery orders arrive at our store by the following Thursday. Please wait for a call from our San Francisco store staff letting you know that your order has arrived and is ready for pick-up. When picking up your order please present your order confirmation and photo ID. If someone else is going to pick the package up for you please enter his or her name in the order comments box during checkout. All orders will be held at the store location for 14 days. If the order is not picked up after 14 days your order will be sent back to the online department. If you are unable to pick up your order within 14 days please call us at (800) 808-0555. In Store Delivery Return Policy All returns must be received within 30 days, unwashed, unworn and with tags still attached. Refunds (excluding sale items) will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid if item is returned to our online store. Any items returned at our signature stores will be refunded in the form of a store credit. Sale items may be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase or you may receive a store credit. Sale & clearance items cannot be exchanged at JW signature stores. Merchandise credit will be issued if regular priced items are returned at a JW signature store. Sale items are not refundable. Underwear is final sale, no returns, no exchanges. Clearance items are final sale, no returns, no exchanges Exchanges at Japanese Weekend Signature Stores Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be exchanged within 14 days of original purchase date for a different item or a store credit. Sale and clearance merchandise is a Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. NO REFUNDS. Gift Certificates and Store Credits are non-transferable.
