If you would like a gift certificate that can be used in our San Francisco store and for online phone orders, please specify in the order comments section. Gift certificates will be emailed or sent to you within 1-2 business days.

Returns
Unwashed, unworn, or defective regular priced merchandise purchased from japaneseweekend.com may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Sale items are not refundable, exchange or store credit only. Clearance items are final sale.

Shipping
We ship using UPS. All Express orders (3 day, 2 day, next day) placed by 1pm Pacific Time, Monday-Friday are processed the same day. Orders placed after 1pm Pacific Time are processed the next business day. All ground orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Ground orders will arrive in 7-10 business days after credit card authorization

International orders ship via UPS Worldwide Expedited.
