Return and Refund Policy
Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise purchased from JapaneseWeekend.com may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. (unless otherwise noted).
Japanese Weekend underwear cannot be returned or exchanged. Clearance items are final sale, no exchanges or returns.
To receive a refund (excluding clearance items and underwear), returns must be accompanied by the original sales invoice within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued in the
original form of payment for the price paid.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to be processed once it arrives to our warehouse.
Please note: Due to bank processing time it may take up to two billing
cycle for your credit to appear on your bill. Japanese Weekend does not
refund shipping costs.
Shipping charges will be refunded only if the wrong item was sent or is defective.
Returns without an original sales invoice may be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase for a different item or for merchandise credit at the current selling price.
How to Make a Return:
1. Complete the Return Form
Please complete all sections of the Return Form that was sent in your original order. Include the completed Return Form and a copy of your original invoice in the package with your
returned merchandise in order to receive proper credit.
2. Pack your return
Use the original shipping box and packing materials, if possible, and completely remove or cover the original shipping label.
3. Ship your return
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. If making an exchange, your new items will be shipped at no additional charge. To send merchandise back to Japanese

We offer a one-time price adjustment within 7 days of the date of purchase. Adjustments will be given by calling Japanese Weekend Customer Service at 1-800-808-0555 or emailing
email@example.com. Please have the original sales invoice ready when calling to request a price adjustment. Price adjustments only offered on regular full price items.
